A career defining opportunity has become available for a lawyer with 2-4 years post qualification experience to join a renowned Employee / Industrial relations team at a Top Tier firm in Perth.
While receiving work from all the partners in the practice group, you will mainly report into one partner who will be your mentor and developer. Working in teams on major projects, you will be involved in all areas of employee relations including OHS, training, discrimination, employment law and workplace relations.
To be considered for this opportunity you will be a qualified solicitor with at least 2 years experience across a broad range of employee and industrial relations matters. You will have excellent academics coupled with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with both your clients and peers.
Your day will be exciting and varied, you will be mentored by the best in the business and have the opportunity to find your niche and specialise further down the track.
