Employee Relations Consultant - HR Case Specialist

The Client: Leading Aerospace Company
The Role: Employee relations consultant based in the HR team
Duration: 6months possible permanent opportunity
Location: Solihull
The rate: Negotiable dependant upon experience

The Role:

Our client is looking for an experienced employee relations consultant to join their busy HR team, supporting managers across the UK divisions and taking a pro-active approach to employee relations and employee change projects.

Responsibilities:

You will join the team in a case management capacity; these will include discipline, grievance, capability, retirements and flexible working arrangements.
You will help keep the HR systems and records maintained and updated and conduct data trend analysis when required.
You will keep up to date with current legislation and develop and deliver the employee relations strategy.

Any other projects and responsibilities relating to Employee relations.

The Candidate
You will be CIPD qualified and already have a broad knowledge and experience in employee relations, HR and employment law.

Commutable: Birmingham, Solihull, Shirley, Coventry and other West Midlands areas.
