Employee Relations & CSR Officer Job in City Of London, London Uk

A hugely successful and international law firm are currently looking to recruit an Employee Relations Corporate Social Responsibility Officer to join their Human Resources team. The main purpose of this role is to provide HR Risk and Policy guidance and support to the business.

As Employee Relations Corporate Social Responsibility Officer you will have the opportunity to provide advice/guidance to the business and HR colleagues on specific ER issues. The overall purpose will be an aim of achieving a culture of high performance and integrity whilst ensuring employee engagement. You will also be involved in setting and implementing the CSR and diversity strategy.

As the successful candidate you will have previous experience operating as an ER specialist, HR generalist with strong interest and experience in ER or an employment lawyer. Ideally this experience will be gained in a professional services environment or large corporate. You should be degree educated and CIPD qualified or equivalent.
