We are currently searching for an experienced employer engagement consultant to join an ever growing team in Birmingham. As a Grade 1 Ofsted rated organisation and one of the largest and most respected firms in their sector we have an exciting opportunity to join a market leader in a dynamic and vibrant field.
The employer is a national training provider, working within the Welfare to Work sector as well as within apprenticeships and skills with a true focus on driving and developing their company and employees. The successful employer engagement consultant will be in charge of sourcing and generating placements for candidates who are seeking to return to sustained employment. You will be able to develop current accounts into key accounts as well as growing your own portfolio of clients and employers, always with a sales focus and striving to sell yourself and the company.
The short listed applicant must have experience in a recruitment/sales or employer engagement focused role, with evidence of meeting and exceeding targets. Previous experience working in the skills and apprenticeships sector or Welfare to Work is vital as well as the ability to thrive through building relationships with employers.
