Manpower are currently seeking Motivational or Competency-based Employment Interviewers for our client in Colchester
Job Type: Temporary to Fixed Term Contract

Helping global clients interview for a wide range of roles, from entry-level to lower, middle and senior management. The goal is to not only help them hire the right people but to ensure the candidate has a great experience too. So, regardless of the outcome of the interview, you'll use all the skills you've got to ensure that's just the case. Whether you join as a Motivational or Competency-based Interviewer, you'll enjoy conducting interviews over the phone and completing brief write-ups.
No previous experience is required as full training is given; however, you will exhibit the following criteria:
-Able to quickly establish a rapport with people
-Confident in communication over the telephone
-Outstanding listening and conversation skills
-Ability to assess information and make objective decisions
-Satisfactory I.T. skills to be able to produce written assessments
Hours Monday - Friday 40 hour week, shifts working from 8am-8pm with the possibility of overtime and weekend shifts.
