An exciting opportunity to work a company that focuses on helping young people develop their personal and employability skills. They are looking for someone to join their Pre Apprenticeship Programme to:
- Promote the programme locally
- Recruit young people who are NEET
- Deliver training sessions to prepare people for an apprenticeship
- Assist them in applying for opportunities
- Mentor/coach young people
- Liaise with employers and training providers to ensure the apprenticeship runs smoothly
We are looking for someone who has previous similar either with apprenticeships or working with young people. The ideal candidate will be articulate and have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to liaise with young people, employers and agencies.
A high level of administrative and IT skills are essential as well as the ability to solve problems and to take initiatives.
It is essential you have a full clean driving license and own car in order to travel between branches when needed.
