Talent Acquisition is seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter would be responsible for, but not limited to the following: ?Sourcing, screening, and filling intern, co-op, and new college graduate positions ?Working with all levels of management to understand job and needs requirements ?Providing applicants with information on the company, arranging transportation of selected applicants, extending formal job offers, and working with management and HR to negotiate with candidates to successfully complete the hiring and on boarding process ?Evaluating employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to classification and selection ?Determining the amount of compensation to offer selected candidates ?Managing job requisitions and ensuring they are filled in a timely manner ?Ensuring compliant posture in the staffing process in accordance with employment laws, EEO requirements, OFCCP regulations, and other regulatory requirements or internal policies and procedures ?Partnering with hiring managers to source candidates to ensure a qualified pool of candidates are identified ?Providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers Standard Job Description Responsible for recruiting activities related to employment and recruiting programs. Conducts interviews to recruit prospective employees and refers job applicants to specific job openings. Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral. Works with all levels of management to understand job and needs requirements. Surfaces candidates and develops networks to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using agencies, recruiting contractors, web based tools, and other resources. Prepares ratings on applicants, provides applicants with information on the company, checks references, arranges transportation of selected applicants, extends formal job offers, and works with management and HR to negotiate with candidates to successfully complete the hiring and on boarding process.
