Employment Tax Advisor – London recruitment

Ernst Young are looking to recruit an Employment Tax Advisor to join this growing team in London. We can offer varied work with a wide variety of clients and the opportunity to grow and progress in your career.
Your responsibilities as an Employment Tax Advisor will include:
- Developing effective relationships with new colleagues and clients
- In due course, involve client-facing, on-site work, including PAYE reviews, preparation of reports and other documentation, negotiation with HMRC, dealing with ad-hoc queries and associated administrative tasks based on your experience
- Identifying and developing a network of contacts internally and externally
- Actively targeting and evaluating opportunities for selling work and participating in the proposal process.
Qualifications/skills you'll need as an Employment Tax Advisor:
- Outgoing, a good communicator, enthusiastic, adaptable and diligent
- Organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work within tight deadlines in a pressurised environment
- Good academic level education/qualifications - no specific requirements other than good level of numeracy, literacy and IT skills
- Strong background in Employment taxes/Expatriate tax preferred ATT/CTA desirable though not essential. If not held, successful candidate will be expected to study to achieve these.
