Employment Tax Senior Manager – London
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an employment tax senior manager to join a top mid-tier firm. As a senior member within the tax group you will have responsibility for assisting Partners in servicing clients, directing Tax services and managing people within the Employment Tax Team.
The team is growing and there is ample room to move up to the next grade. The firm have a clear strategy on how they are going to grow the business over the next couple of years and are always looking for ways to move the team forward.
In order to be considered for the position, you will be able to demonstrate significant experience within another leading employment tax team. The role is varied and therefore requires well-rounded individuals who have experience in team and client management as well as business development. A full list of requirements can be found below:
· Maintain an in depth, up to date, knowledge of employment taxation including but not limited to PAYE, NIC, CIS, P11Ds, benefits in kind and salary sacrifice arrangements.
· Previous experience with Share Schemes is ideal but not essential.
· Specialist knowledge and the ability to deal with complex tax issues
· Project management experience
· Staff management experience
· Ability to manage a substantial client portfolio profitably
· Actively seek opportunities for developing new clients and for selling new services to existing clients
· Experience of dealing with client senior management
· Educated to degree level and/or ATT and/or CTA qualified or equivalent Demonstrable post qualified experience
