Current Need

- Liaise between Business (Sales/Marketing/Customers Directly) and Engineering for all requirement documentation efforts

- Develop requirements specifications based on business requirements vetted thru user need analysis.

- Research and identify creative solutions to business requirement challenges thru creativity and compromise

- Work directly with Quality resources to ensure testing activities are in line with the defined business requirements

- Evaluate business impact of technical situations quickly and communicates to the appropriate business/management resources

Position Description

Plans, conducts, and directs the analysis of business problems to be solved with automated systems. Partners with users to identify, evaluate, and develop systems and procedures which are cost effective and meet user requirements. May plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

Additional Knowledge Skills

- Strong Healthcare/EMR

- Experience supporting enterprise business applications and the software development lifecycle. Knowledge in business process analysis and system design.

- Experience in AGILE software development methodologies, especially Scrum

- Basic technical knowledge of C#, .Net, SQL Server and Silverlight

- Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (2008 or 2010) ¿ ability to run queries and generate appropriate data reports

- Basis understanding of Software QA and Build/deployment processes

- Experience with Sharepoint and source control

- Experience with Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Visio

Minimum Requirements

6+ years experience in designing, building, and implementing business solutions using information technology. Significant experience in business analysis, requirements definition and deployment of business requirements to information systems.

Education

4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
