Energy Options Trading:
- The group makes markets in Energy Options on behalf of DB for a wide variety of clients all over the world (Oil / NG / Power producers, utilities, shippers, airlines, refineries, industrial companies, hedge funds, money managers, pension funds, etc).
- The group has a total of 10 traders in NYC, London and Houston serving the oil and refined products as well as the US natural gas and power markets.
- The group manages our risk and position by actively participating in the interbank / broker markets. We extensively use (internal external) IT systems (for Trade Entry, Risk Management, Electronic Trading), and a large variety of (Excel) Spreadsheets. Trading (especially flat price, but options as well) is increasingly moving towards electronic platforms and automated execution algorithms.
Job Description:
- Tasks to be performed may include running daily Risk and PL reports, booking trades, providing regular (daily / weekly) market reports (i.e. updating and distributing charts etc), building / fixing / improving spreadsheets used for Risk Management etc, and any other operational responsibilities or one-off projects (such researching facts, analyzing historical data) that may come up.

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Highly motivated with a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with strict attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- FINRA Licensed if any will be an added advantage
