Specific Responsibilities:
Conducting business and industry analyses and market intelligence to identify attractive investment opportunities
Manage and execute financial due diligence on deals, including detailed valuation work and creating/reviewing complex financials models
Perform business due diligence, including the identification of key areas of risk and opportunity
Assist senior investment team members in their work with portfolio companies
Provide assistance as needed to current portfolio companies
Creating marketing, investment committee communications and regular updates/ presentations to the Board of Directors
Looking for:
* of 1-3 Years investment banking (MA)
* commercially minded entrepreneurial
* strong academic background
* interest in clean technology
