Energy Services Regional General Manager Job in Phoenix, Arizona Us
Position Scope:
The Regional Energy Services General Manager is responsible for managing all activities to support achievement of the Region’s annual net income target and supporting goals, including but not limited to, overseeing all Energy Efficiency/Performance Contracting sales, marketing, project development, construction, installation, operation, maintenance and service. The Regional GM also provides critical input into development of Energy Services long and short term strategy, corporate initiatives, and the annual budget.
- Overseeing regional operations and construction activities;
- Ensuring that all regional associates receive appropriate and necessary training;
- Coordinating cross-regional support to ensure business-wire profitability
- Coordinating with central support activities (Energy Services Business Operations, HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, etc.) as appropriate and necessary.
Experience:
§ Successful PL ownership experience is required
§ Budget/schedule/performance/quality responsibility
§ Ability to analyze technical and financial data
§ Minimum of 5 years experience in Energy Efficiency
§ Energy engineering experience
§ Operational and construction experience (hands-on project management experience a plus)
§ Experience with renewable energy a plus.
