Energy strategist – London – VP / Senior VP recruitment
This is an extremely diverse role as you will fully responsible for the Energy research across global Markets- Physical and financials.
You will have the opportunity to work across a number of products including crude oil, refined products, thermal coal and carbon emissions. You will also have the unique opportunity to provide analysis for the trade desk, sitting on the desk alongside highly profitable and successful traders in addition to working with clients.
Your responsibilities will include:-
- Perform fundamental supply/demand analysis
- Using analysis to develop possible trade strategies.
- Support sales and marketing with energy market research.
- Interact with clients on a regular basis, including client presentations.
In order to apply for this role you should have worked in a similar capacity, ideally within an investment bank. You should have exposure to and understanding of the broader commodities markets and previous experience interacting with clients and management is advantageous.
