Enforcement Officer (Internal) High Court - Collections/Credit Control

One of the UK's largest judicial services groups are now recruiting for an Enforcement Officer (Internal) High Court to work within their collections team.

The vacancies primary role is the general management of accounts at enforcement stage including liaison with defendants, clients, enforcement staff and third parties.

Daily responsibilities will include making contact via phone to solicitors, lawyers, defendants and clients, responding promptly and efficiently to telephone queries, the daily management of your personal caseload, updating case notes, collection of payments, agreeing/setting payment arrangements and liaison with external officers.

Previous experience in collections is essential, and all applicants must have strong customer service skills.
