Eng – Prin EE

- Responsible for leading all DC and RF device characterization efforts as it relates to the MMIC Design process, and also in monitoring of the fabrication process. Individual will be responsible for leading and contributing to all phases of device characterization in both RD projects as well as production related projects where new designs are required. Have strong Interpersonal Skills and be a Self Starter and Team Player, working directly with a team of ELectrical Engineers, Electrical Engineering Assistants, Process Engineers and MMIC Design Engineers. Individual must also be familiar with documenting and generating processes and test plans, and have a background in writing software to control various pieces of RF, Microwave and Millimeterwave test equipment. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements of access to classified material.

Required Education:
Bachelors and 8+ year(s) related experienceRequired Experience:
Bachelor's degree in an Engineeering or Scientific field or equivalent experience,Employees in California must have a Bachelor's degree in the applicable field, or an applicable certification, equivalent certificate or any required license. Equivalent experience will not be considered.Required Skills:
- BS/MS Electrical Engineering and 10+ years of experience in RF device characterization. Candidate must be very familiar with modern test equipment, including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, and Noise Figure Meters. Must also have Load Pull measurement experience as it relates to Power Amplifier design and Noise Parameter measurement experience as it relates to Low Noise Amplifier design. - Interact effectively and efficiently with fellow Engineers in same and related disciplinesPreferred Skills:
- Knowledge of software to include Visual Basic, Visual Basic.NET, LabVIEW, Lab Windows CVI
