Oferta:

Reporting to the head of BPO Americas, your main responsibilities will include:

- Provision of account management disciplines, business management processes, and associated reporting;
- Responsibility for financial performance of client contracts against budget;
- Managing service delivery teams and acting as a positive role model for staff;
- Ensuring that all service levels are met;
- Operational compliance to ensure BPO fulfils its contractual obligations, including all obligations relating to services and deliverables;
- Attending client workshops and negotiation meetings as required;
- Ensuring prompt identification and resolution of Service delivery issues;
- Managing other administrative functions such as security, facilities and third party contracts;
- Building and strengthening client relationships and developing new opportunities to grow the contract/s;
- Developing strong networks in the functional business lines within the organisation as well as with the key client stakeholders, whilst being mindful of internal protocol.

The successful candidate will need to be a self motivated; enthusiastic individual able to communicate at all levels with a proven track record of working on their own initiative. Excellent organisational, inter personal, written and oral communication skills along with the ability to work well under pressure.
