Esker is an international company that develops and markets document process automation software and services, as well as fax server and host access software products. Our corporate headquarters are in Lyon, France, and we have offices in the U.S., U.K., Germany, Spain, Italy, and Australia. We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join its Madison, Wisconsin Professional Services Team.
As a Professional Services Project Manager you will responsible for project management responsibilities on multiple simultaneous customer-facing projects and be responsible for overall project success, from project scoping through implementation and completion. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of full lifecycle project management and structured methodologies including: project definition, planning and estimation, requirements gathering, design specifications, risk, issue and scope management, solution development, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, training, and systems integration. The Project Manager position requires interfacing and coordinating with clients, Esker technical staff and the Esker Sales organization. This position will call on your strong people, communication and overall management skills to effectively collect requirements, plan and carry out project implementation and influence customers.
