Engineer – Processing/Field Service
We're looking for a troubleshooting, hands-on Process Engineer for the implementation and support of our cutting-edge biofuel method in facilities across the country! The ideal candidate will coordinate with the home office and our pilot facilities in the design, engineering, construction, set-up and operation of our proprietary equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical check-out, commissioning and start-up activities
- Perform troubleshooting, inspection, repair and maintenance services as required
- Perform customer training in operations and maintenance
- Collect, analyze and report performance report. Produce routine service and troubleshooting reports.
- Assist with home office process/project engineering
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline with two years of related experience.
- Knowledge and experience with fundamentals principles of bio-fermentation, gasification and membrane processes
- Solid understanding of process equipment and control systems
- Availability for extended remote-site assignments
- Competency in computer use including MS Office
- Prior experience in commissioning start-up desirable
