Description of Duties:
- Has close interaction with the Business Customer, Business Analyst, and Application Developers in the design, development, and maintenance of BI solutions
- Performs technical analysis, design and software development using appropriate technologies to support department and company objectives
- Translates functional specifications into technical specifications to meet and resolve business needs.
- Develops data access solutions leveraging Oracle and Oracle Business Intelligence
- Provides support for Oracle ETL tools
- Implements and extends data warehouse and data marts as appropriate to support the needs of the business
- Educates Business Analysts on how to leverage the data marts as designed.
- Deep commitment to protecting and securing constituent data
- Ensures work is completed in such a way to comply with established JSOX and other internal controls
Summary of Requirements
- Experience with OBIEE 10.x /11.x and OBIA 7.6.x required
- Informatica and DAC experience required
- ODI experience a plus
- Extensive data warehouse design experience
- Experience with Oracle Discoverer
- Intermediate to advanced SQL query development skills required
- OBIA Analytics Packages such as Finance, Supply Chain or HR Analytics preferred
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite a plus
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent.
