About the Job
The Engineering Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Director of Engineering and the Engineering Department employees and the Sales Department.
- The person must have at least 2 years of administrative support experience.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible, friendly and organized with the ability to work well with all personalities
- Comfortable with multiple concurrent projects
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment but remain flexible and dependable
- Reliable, on-time with a proven track record and strong work ethic
- Available to work occasional overtime
- Must be a self-starter, have drive and motivation, and be interested in helping other team members
- Must be able to climb stairs
- Must be able to lift 20-25 lbs.
- Must pass a drug test and background check
