Engineering Coach Business Manager Job in 1200, Brussels Belgium
As COACH BUSINESS MANAGER, dedicated to industry sector, you will be a key person within the sales team including :
- Responsible of a small sales team: optimizing business profitability, supervising engineering service offering, managing business manager and consultants’ team.
- Management of the profit centre is your responsibilities.
- Lead and management by example, you play an important role in coaching your Business Managers the consultants of your Business Unit.
To assume this role, you will be in charge of large responsibilities
- Coaching and guidance of your own sales team
- Training and management by example of your Business Managers
- Animating responsible for the business/sales opportunities
- Being in charge of the business unit’s PL
- Being point of contacts of your named accounts key account.
- With your Business Manager, creating new business opportunities by prospecting new customers
- Farming en enhancing of your client's portfolio
- Closing offer deals on time-based contracts (delegation of consultants) or on a service-based contracts (fixed-price, SLA-based, delivery-based).
- Supporting in achievement of commercial objectives and pro-active development of corrective actions
- Recruiting staffing new consultants : participating to the recruiting process
- Managing your own consultants team : project reviews, activity reviews, ...
- Supporting Career Management of your consultants
Required experience:
- You have MIN 4 years experience or MAX 10 years experiences included min 3 in sales of engineering and/or RD Services
- You have a proven experience in engineering and/or RD Services
- You’ve built your career within B-to-B activities
- You are able to discuss industrial know-how
- You present management skills in services offering
- You achieve easily sales objectives
- You show great management capacities enabling you to reach your personal targets as well as the team’s ones
- You have a very good understanding of the corporate sales cycle
Required profile education:
- You have a Master degree in engineering or equivalent degree from a Business School
- French or Dutch speaker, you are fluent with our other national languages
- You are a good listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active
- You are a autonomous, you can manage your own priorities but you are also a team player keeping a focus on the company’s interests
- You feel good with initiative and motivation to reach planned ambitious goals
- You are able to coach and leading your own team by “the management by example”
- You are able to offer words of encouragement with the attitude of a helpful coach
