Engineering Liaison Project Lead
Description Overview The candidate will be the overall coordinator for the new Engineering Liaison program that will be launching nationally in 2012. This position is key to the overall success of the program and is responsible for day-to-day logistics, scheduling, communications and reporting collection and review. This is a very dynamic position requiring the ability to coordinate a large group of remote advanced technicians and maintain program awareness and participation. Common tasks include selection and communication of weekly technician talking points, collection and distribution of weekly knowledge base entries to continually build the technical knowledge base, collection, review and reporting of technician reported field visits, communication and monitoring of targeted field investigations. Detailed Work Will Include: Daily and weekly management of all Customer Quality and Field Engineering tasks including identification of at risk tasks and milestones. Ability to work with other team members to create projects and tasks and drive towards meeting those objectives. Review, categorization and reporting of Eng Liaison field investigation reports. Identification and communication of weekly technician talking points (used by advanced technicians to host weekly round tables with other technicians). Collection of knowledge base items from many sources that are categorized and organized for general distribution and use. Ability to help maintain program interest of a widely distributed team to maintain technician interest in and effectiveness of the programs goals.
