Growing Specialty Chemical Company Seeks Engineering Manager – Memphis, TN (Full-Time Position)

Description:

  Ideal candidate is an outstanding chemical engineering manager with at least 12 years in chemical engineering with a few years in an engineering manager position.  We are looking for an individual that thrives on growth and can challenge the status quo.

What You Will be Doing:

 

  1. Build Engineering Department - Coaching and Mentoring engineers
  2. Upgrade manufacturing capacity  - Plan capital work
  3. Collaborate with Operations, RD


What We’d Like to See in Your Background:

 

  1. 12+ years in chemical engineering in process chemicals
  2. A few years in engineering Management
  3. BS, Chemical Engineering


Focus: quality, urgency, autonomy, transparency

Location: a very nice Memphis, TN, suburb. TN has no state income tax. You could live in TN, MS, AR. Full relocation.

Total Compensation: Base Pay – Competitive ($95-135K+), depending on experience. Quarterly profit sharing. Full benefits. Relocation. (If you are concerned about the pay range, we will discuss specifics on the phone early in the process. Companies have been known to stretch for top performers.)
