Engineering Manager Buckeye Shapeform, a well-established multi-diverse manufacturing company, has an immediate opening for an Engineering Manager.Buckeye Shapeform is ISO9001 / AS9100 certified providing electronic enclosures to a variety of industries including audio / video, telecommunications, medical and transportation. Additionally, Buckeye Shapeform possesses precision deep draw metal forming capabilities providing mission critical components to military and aerospace applications. As Engineering Manager you will be responsible for leading the engineering team in support of all manufacturing processes as well as providing manufacturing / costing estimates for sales quoting purposes. Additional responsibilities will include continuous evaluation / development of sound engineering standards, develop maintain all CAD drawings and 3-D models, assist with new product designs, support continuous improvement initiatives, and support long-term strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a BS in mechanical or electrical engineering with 5-7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing as well as tool and product design. A working knowledge in metal fabrication and metal forming a plus.
