BACKGROUND Global medical manufacturing company is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering and Maintenance functions at its facility in Southeastern Minnesota. This dynamic individual will be responsible for maintaining and improving all aspects of Engineering and Maintenance including the planning, design, and implementation of products and processes in the plant. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory agencies Manage financial aspects including capital equipment and budgets Provide technical support to production Support Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing projects throughout the plant SELLING POINTS Great benefit program State-of-the-art equipment Room to advance within the company
