Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all engineering work is carried out to the highest possible standard in accordance with company codes of practice and relevant statutory legislation.
You will manage and develop a dedicated Engineering team; develop a culture of continuous improvement to create a fully integrated engineering department; and proactively manage and improve plant preventative maintenance schedules to effectively support site operations, reduce down time and increase productivity
Of graduate calibre, you will be able to illustrate a proven track record in Engineering management from within a food manufacturing environment. Capable of making an immediate impact, you should also be an excellent communicator, coach and mentor, with the drive and enthusiasm to achieve both business and site objectives.
