In this Engineering Manager position, you'll have the opportunity to:
Plan and formulate aspects of research and development prposals such as objective or purpose of project, applications that can be utilized from findings, costs of project, and equipment and human resources requirements.
Evalute designs to ensure cost-effective modificiations to enhance safety, reliability and performance.
Develop project specifications with the product development team
Manage projects using engineering principles and techniques

Are you interested? The ideal Engineering Manager candidate will possess: BA degree in Mechanical Engineering, 3-5 years experience in mechanical design and engineering or equivalent experience to include 3-5 yrs supervisory/managerial experience. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. M-TR, 4-10hr shifts.

Must have a thorough understanding of engineering operations, document control, machine tooling, manufacturing of metal components and assembly processes. Effective communication skills both oral and written are a job requirement. Strong organizational and positive leadership skills are essential.
