ENGINEERING / MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Rare opportunity to join this highly successful and rapidly expanding division of a leading industrial group - respected within the international automotive industry for excellence within design, engineering and manufacturing. This role will be responsible for the efficient performance and development of plant and production equipment.

The Role

You will ensure the OEE measure is maintained and the results demonstrated throughout the business. You will be responsible for the continual development of TPM throughout the company, in line with analysis of the PPM database system. You will work closely with manufacturing and quality engineering to recommend and expedite plant and equipment improvements that will lead to reduced manufacturing costs, improved layout and better site management

The Person

You will be an experienced Engineering / Maintenance Manager, from within a fast paced manufacturing environment, ideally automotive and be experienced in implementing TPM and SMED. Ideally you will be degree qualified although this is not essential.

The Package

Salary is from £45,000 - £50,000 p.a. + bonus + private healthcare + industry leading pension. The company have posted consistently good results and have a solid future within the automotive sector
