National Leading Manufacturer in the Greater Harrisburg, Pa area, of Consumer Products is looking to engage an Engineering Manager to oversee all the Technical related functions of a high speed modern manufacturing operation.
--- Requires a BS Mechanical, Chemical or EE degree and 7+ years experience in supervising/managing other engineering personnel in a modern manufacturing facility.
--- Should have experience with mixing/blending, fillers and packaging/conveying equipment.
--- Be responsible for capital improvement projects embracing other engineering and manufacturing groups. Handle feasibility studies, budgets, vendor and contractor evaluations, design requirements, schedule, purchase, installation and start-up of retrofits and new additions to manufactruing processes.
--- Will also have a Maintenance Manager reporting to this position and should be familair with CMM, inventory/parts loading, scheduling of maintenance projects.
--- Should be versed in MS Software packages such as PROJECT, Excel and Powerpoint. Understanding of LEAN manufacturing methods.
