This new and exciting role is being created by our client to provide leadership to operations technical personnel involved in automation systems, automated assembly process reliability value stream product engineering.

The engineering manager will play a key part in ensuring the strategy plans are in place to ensure oversight on all Operations technical personnel supporting Automated assembly processes site-wide.
The role will set the direction for process engineering reliability optimization using systematic root cause problem solving.
The Engineering Manager will provide technical leadership to Product engineers aligned to operations value streams and also provide technical support to the value stream operations managers in executing the production plan to meet the customer requirements.
The successful candidate will iaise closely with the programmes DDS teams to ensure operations are closely aligned to product development new programme activities as required.
