TripAdvisor is seeking a talented technical recruiter to play an essential role in acquiring top passive engineering  talent for our B2C engineering teams. This role will focus solely on sourcing passive candidates; success will be determined by number of  sourced candidates that are hired.
This role offers a highly competitive compensation package that has a large upside: recruiter will receive commission for every mid-sr level engineering hire that are hired. What You’ll Do: -Responsible for sourcing and closing passive technical candidates through networking and research to ensure strong, continuous pipeline of technical talent
-Quickly respond to leads for passive talent and develop and implement creative sourcing strategies that yield strong results
-Understand and sell the company's value proposition to candidates-Compile and update reports for job openings, hires and post-hire summaries for hiring managers. -Communicate with employee referral candidates-Manage candidate process and act as a candidate advocate. -Manage offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation and offer acceptance/declines. -Partner with hiring managers, senior management, and other groups as necessary. -Possess a wide range of experience on current external recruiting policies, practices and trends -Propose and implement ongoing improvements to TripAdvisor's engineering recruitment efforts. What We Seek: -BA/BS degree required.

-Passion for sourcing hard-to-find candidates
-Ability to quickly understand the recruiting needs of technical managers and act on those requirements in a timely manner-Minimum 5  years proven technical recruiting experience in both corporate and agency settings
-Demonstrated success sourcing and closing top technical talent
-High level of urgeny in work and focus on results-Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong customer consultative skills and work in a large-team environment. -Ability to think strategically and creatively and work with metrics to help drive decision making process. -Ability to solve problems independently and deliver results in an ever changing environment. -Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize based on the needs of the business. -Experience managing relationships at a senior level. -Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands. -Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self directed. -Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy. -Teamwork skills are a must along with the ability to grasp new technologies. -PC proficiency in MS office, including Word and Excel.
