The Client Systems Engineering and Security Team Lead is responsible for the business process, leadership of support staff, and driving efficiency through planning and execution of technology infrastructure support initiatives. Make recommendations on key technology, architecture and vendor decisions in a multi-supplier global environment, and ensure enforcement of key standards and practices across the infrastructure. Responsible for enterprise system management tools, endpoint security technologies and policies, problem and project management.
 
• Responsible for the day-to-day performance of a group of TIS staff
• Lead team of desktop, messaging and business analysts coordinating duties and managing overall support 
• Guides the groups towards goals, see that all members of the teams are productive, and resolve problems as they arise, holds regular 1:1 meetings
• Provide expert level escalation and technical leadership to support internal customer needs around client systems configuration management, hardware, software, and security standards
• Lead the design and implementation efforts of solutions and technologies that enable the business, integrate systems improve security posture and control costs
• Manage solutions through the entire development lifecycle including system development, implementation and deployment, ongoing maintenance, performance tuning and end-of-life processes
• Understand business needs and to analyze and clarify information related requirements when recommending and implementing solutions
• Answer security questionnaires and provide guidance on security policies and practices
• Build or improve processes to provide high level of customer support
• Vendor and system management for multiple products such as Microsoft software and services, Lenovo hardware, McAfee security suites and Bit9 Parity

• Minimum 5 years of experience in related security or desktop infrastructure support roles
• 2 or more years of experience leading and developing IT staff
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple concurrent initiatives
• Security knowledge 
• Proven ability to evaluate and manage multiple vendors
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong customer service skills
