Engineering Specialist Job Code: GCSD11111045 Job Description: Responsible for the design, documentation, requirements management, integration, troubleshooting and/or testing analysis of electronic, mechanical and/or software devices, products and systems. Understand and apply all applicable engineering processes. Develop plans and schedules for short-term work activities and provide plan and schedule guidance for support personnel and/or technicians. Estimate impact of unforeseen problems and elevates significant problems to appropriate management personnel. Builds customer intimacy through job assignments related system/product acceptance testing or hands-on user training. Provides oversight of Technician activities from assignment to completion. Works independently implementing tasks assigned by Engineering. Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent work experience. * Ten years of System Integration and Test experience. * Position requires a TS/SCI Clearance. Preferred Additionals Skills: * Experience with the Apollo product line. This position requires the candidate to already possess an active TS/SCI clearance.
