Engineering Specialist / Senior Engineer (m/f) Fuel Systems Job in Baden, Aargau Switzerland

Join our Plant Engineering team in Baden (AG). As Engineering Specialist / Senior Engineer (m/f) Fuel Systems in our Mechanical Equipment Systems Engineering department, you will be responsible for the order execution of all Fuel Systems concerns in our combined cycle power plant projects worldwide.


Your tasks: Carry out process engineering for fuel gas and fuel oil systems • Specify and organize equipment for projects • Coordinate with the project team and externally cooperate with suppliers, project and consortium partners as well as end customers • Supervise design and related activities of equipment suppliers and engineering consultants • Conduct in-house design reviews • Perform technical risk assessments and ensure compliance with the relevant international codes, standards and regulations • Participate in the development of reference combined cycle power plants in your area of competency • Strongly support site staff, such as the erection and commissioning team, as well as other engineering and purchasing departments and provide your input according to quality and time schedule • Represent the technical expertise of Fuel Systems internally as well as externally

Your profile: Degree in mechanical or chemical engineering or a comparable education • Considerable experience in the key areas fuel gas and fuel oil systems and equipment • Familiarity with the applicable European and international regulations • Several years of work experience in industrial plants on international level • Good command of English • Well-organized and able to work under pressure in a challenging multicultural environment • Highly motivated and independent personality with strong communication skills, natural authority and the ability to motivate others
