Engineering Tech - Medical Device Testing
Kelly Scientific is currently seeking Engineering Technicians who are ready for a highly hands-on position testing and validating medical devices near Arvada, CO. This is a position great for those with sound mechanical aptitude, strong understanding for the importance of documentation and regulatory compliance, and solid troubleshooting abilities. Title: Engineering Technician ? Medical Device Testing Pay: $13-14 per hour. Essential Duties, Responsibilities, Qualifications: · Conduct physical, chemical, and mechanical tests on medical devices, such as: Stents, Vascular Grafts, Catheters, and Heart Valves. · Experience working in a regulated environment (ISO, FDA) · Experience working with such devices is a plus. · B.S. degree in Science or Engineering. · Must be detail oriented and observant with good laboratory, documentation, analytical and organizational skills. · Lab experience beyond academia and/or medical device testing experience is required. · Ability to read, to analyze, and to interpret technical documents. · Ability to quickly learn new techniques and perform tasks independently. · Contribute on methodology development and validation. · Ability to communicate effectively and work as a team member.
