Job Description and Additional Comments:
Ideal candidate would have recently separated from the U.S. Navy as an E7 (no less than an E6) Weapons Technician specializing in Strategic Weapons Systems (SWS) vs. Combat Systems (CS) Weapon Systems. This experience gained
while serving on SSBN Class Submarines. Candidate will be required to have an active DOD security clearance
and have been discharged honorably. Additional relevant experience would have been gained by
participating in an overhaul at Norfolk Naval Shipyard and/or by completing the following assignments:
1. Developed Technical Work Documents
2. SUBSAFE and other Work Control Packages
3. Respond to Deficiency Resolution (DR) Reports
4. Support material procurement related to Strategic Weapons Systems
5. Testing of primary and auxiliary systems related to Strategic Weapons Systems
