Enhance Cleared Customer Service
Customer Services Agent Required for an Educational Body. You must be Enhance Access NI cleared.
Location: Lisburn
Hours: 36 hours per week
Pay: £8.38 per hour
Duration: Approximately 4 weeks, with possible extension
Work Pattern
Monday to Thursday 8.45 am to 5.00 pm and Friday 8.45 am to 3.30 pm. Hours may vary to suit the requirements of the post from time to time.
The key tasks include:
· Close sales of product or services to businesses on telephone
· Capture customer data accurately and input into a CRM platform
· Arranging appointments for sales staff
· Handle incoming sales calls and deal with these or redirect to an appropriate colleague
· Provide information to potential customers
· Ensure that online information is available for products and services being promoted
Essential Criteria:
1. 1 year’s Telesales experience
2. Previous experience working in a customer service environment
3. Excellent telephone skills
4. Must be computer literate
5. Have the ability to discuss problems and offer solutions to overcome these
