Enovia V6 Support Analyst

POSITION:

We are seeking Support Analyst / Consultant who has 5 years of experience with ENOVIA V6, R2011, PLM and/or MatrixOne. The Technical Support Analyst / Consultant supports teams delivering ENOVIA-based solutions. Excellent written and oral communications is a must as the Consultant participates in meeting, produces written documentation, and potentially trains end-users.

SKILLS:

ENOVIA V6 implementation experience and references
ENOVIA V6 customization and programming skills are a plus
Understanding of out of the box (OOTB) business objects
Understanding of objects as used within: Engineering, Configuration, Library Central etc
 CAD/CAM/PDM/PLM and the integration between products
 Software and Industry awareness
 Hands-on knowledge of software (CATIA, ENOVIA SMARTEAM)
ENOVIA Product experience including, Requirements management, Product configuration, Preliminary/critical design review and Manufacturing, SCM, QA, Legal and Compliance, Intellectual Property
Knowledge of Unix/Windows Admin, .Net, Java, scripting, Oracle SQL, CATIA V6
 Knowledge of competitive software (ProEngineer, Windchill, Unigraphics, TeamCenter) are a plus
Self-motivated
 Creative
 Confident presentation delivery
Experience in customer support helpful but not required

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred
Specific industry experience/knowledge (Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing)
Minimum Experience in eMatrix /ENVOIA Matrix One/ PLM - 5 years.

US citizen or Green Card holder preferred
