Currently seeking an Enrollment Manager (Call Center Manager) in Tampa, FL for Bisk Education! Bisk Education facilitates the promotion and online delivery of degree and certificate programs from the nation’s leading traditional universities.
Position Summary:
The Enrollment Manager leads, coaches and manages a team of Enrollment Specialists to achieve goals. The Manager is responsible for driving the enrollments goals of the team; monitoring, evaluating and coaching rep performance; reviewing daily phone logs and enrollment reports; leading by example; verifying compliance with corporate guidelines; maintaining a thorough working knowledge of Bisk Education’s call center technologies (Dialer, Talisma) and order processes; and ensuring that enrollment and service goals are met.
The Enrollment Manager is also responsible for performing personnel management duties and assisting Senior Management with department operations.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish goals and action plan by division
- Achieve a minimum ranking of “meets expectations” on the cumulative scorecard by session
- Coach and develop team to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines
- Direct accountability for the enrollment and service goals of each division
- Develop strong internal business relationships
- Manage the dialer schedule ensuring coverage and dialer list penetration
- Ensure that the Lead Management Systems, OOE and the Lead Management Systems are administered correctly Analyze reports and drive Enrollment Specialists productivity and performance
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Experience managing a minimum of 15 outbound Enrollment Specialists
- Minimum 5 years of call-center management experience, preferably in an outbound environment Hands-on experience operating a predictive dialer system
- Strong working knowledge of database management
- Professionalism, self-motivation and dedication
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in managing monthly cycles
- Excellent organizational and follow through skills
- Ability to build, lead and motivate an effective and professional team
- Proven track record of success in meeting/exceeding performance goals PC literate with experience in a Client Relationship Management system, Microsoft Office Suite and the Internet
Education Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) preferred
