Enterprise Account Executive
Job Description The primary responsibility for this position is to sell services and products to Large Segment accounts. In addition, this Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for service contract renewals and selling additional services and products to an assigned list of existing Large Segment accounts. Selling individual products and integrated complex communication solutions throughout an organization (develop and maintain CxO level relationships within an organization) Manage an existing base of revenue within assigned accounts for Renewals Revenue Retention. Prospect for upgrades and additional services within these assigned accounts. Prospect (including cold calling, networking etc.) to generate leads. Maintain current and accurate contact, opportunity and account information with the applicable tools provided by Frontier/Citizens (specifically Siebel). Participate in product training and region / market meetings as required. Provide internal resources (including but not limited to Customer Service teams/CSA/Sales Engineers) with all information required for a timely and quality installation of sold services. Qualifications: -- A minimum of 1 to 2 years business to business sales experience in a growth / high activity sales group. a. This includes significant prospecting through cold calling and networking. 2. Candidates must have a successful sales track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota requirements 3. Experienced at selling all communication services solutions throughout an organization 4. Experienced at establishing and maintaining relationships at all levels of a customer?s organization. . --Special Skills: 1. Knowledge of Cold Calling, Setting Appointments, and consultative selling process is required 2. Time Management skills and contact management skills are required 3. Knowledge of voice and data technologies, applications, and how customers use and purchase these technologies including but not limited to High Speed Internet, Dedicated Internet, Data Services, Local and Long Distance, IP, hosted solutions Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) 4. Must have experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook - email, Word - word processing, PowerPoint ? presentation, Excel - spreadsheet plus Siebel and web browser applications. 5. Must have the ability to build and accurately forecast a sales pipeline. --Education, certification and/or license requirements: Bachelor?s preferred Consultative Selling Skills training required. Verbal and written communications skills required. Strong presentation stills Some travel as required Candidate must have a valid State drivers license and clean driving record.
