An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen with the ultimate employer! They are a global, innovative organisation and the first digital company to set up in Australian 14 years ago. They currently work with huge global players such as Toyota, NAB, Shell, Jetstar etc.

An opportunity for an experienced Strategic Hunter with at least 5 years experience in building business at enterprise level to join their reputable team. The candidate should come from a digital software, sharepoint or web content management background.

Working as a Strategic Business Development Manager; you will report into the National Sales Manager. You will develop a strategic sales plan, use existing network to gain leads and referrals and manage sales cycle from start to end. You will work closely with Development, Service Delivery and Management teams. Average sales deal is 40k and sales budget is $1.5 million, so accelerators will kick in very early!

This Organisation retain their talent and average tenure is 7 years. They promote from within. They are offering an excellent base have an excellent commission structure (5% of revenue)
