Our Information Technology Services department in Berwick, PA is currently recruiting for an Enterprise Architect to join our team.

 

Duties Responsibilities:

·         Directly accountable for the quality, availability, effectiveness, usability, and support of all Enterprise infrastructure components.

·         Build and maintain business and personal relationships with functional business leaders and internal customers in all business areas and within IT organization.

·         Develop and maintain expertise in infrastructure components, infrastructure industry standards, industry and technology trends and applicability / value to CSS and its divisions.

·         Effectiveness and diligence in the procurement and contracting with external parties for equipment and services.

·         Compliance with all associated audits and mandates including SOX.

·         Oversee, lead, support and participate in multiple infrastructure projects to ensure that user expectations are being met.

·         Responsibility to ensure adequate disaster recovery processes, procedures and annual testing.

·         Use project management techniques to plan, manage and communicate project activity, project status, project budgets and project costs.

·         Organize and prioritize work effectively to meet key milestones and business objectives.

·         Develop project work plans, assignments, resource plans and staffing requirements for assigned projects.

·         Source and manage contractors and consultants.

·         Provide technical mentoring and support to infrastructure and application team members.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred with a focus on infrastructure technologies. 10 years of wide ranging infrastructure experience, strong project management skills, skills in leading and mentoring highly technical teams. Preferred experience in the following technologies; telecom technologies and management of 3rd party telecom suppliers, Cloud based technology, and SQL. Required experience in the following technologies; MS Exchange, SAN, Server Virtualization, LAN/WAN, Microsoft Products for business, presence and collaboration, and mobility.
