Key Role:
Support or lead the development of agency-level as-is and to-be enterprise and system architecture products, using the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) to document current and future operational activities, business processes, technologies, and next generation air transportation systems. Interact with the customer, stakeholders, and industry to coordinate, validate, and socialize the architecture and respective analysis. Lead and support the gathering of information through data calls and subject matter expert interviews and facilitated workgroups and surveys. Conduct analysis of data and information to develop a series of cohesive, relevant products that will support the customers' initiatives. Provide support to transition planning and architecture analysis to effect acquisition, portfolio analysis, transition planning, stakeholder communication, and governance. Author or provide content for whitepapers and briefings to present architecture or systems engineering information to clients and internal Booz Allen Hamilton colleagues, teams, and groups.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
-7+ years of experience in consulting with government or industry
-3+ years of experience in using or developing with architecture tools and repositories, including IBM/Telelogic System Architect, Troux Architect, METASTORM, and ARIS
-3+ years of experience with project management
-Experience with requirements and systems engineering
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:
-4+ years of experience with DoDAF product development and analysis or as a certified architect
-Knowledge of the FEA Reference Models and the OMB process
-Knowledge of FAA, including ATOP, ATOR, ATOE, ATOT, ATOF, or AVS
-Ability to work within, either a team environment or individually to meet deliverables and schedules
-Possession of excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills
