-- Enterprise Architect, Senior-01117558 Description Key Role: Serve clients as a trusted advisor, interface with senior-level DoD clients, and help to shape IT vision, direction, priorities, capabilities, and plans. Lead mid-sized project teams with project staff and provide full life-cycle EA support focused on technologies, systems, solutions, networks, security, associated infrastructure, and supporting operations, including baseline development, target development, transition planning, implementation and segment architecture, EA program management, and communications. Develop, select, or tailor appropriate EA methodologies, frameworks, and approaches to address client objectives and drive EA toward business results. Facilitate stakeholder work sessions focused on making enterprise-wide decisions that balance and prioritize the competing interests of individual stakeholder groups. Communicate the value and relevance of EA to senior business executives or program officials. This position is located in Ft. Meade, MD. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: -7 years of experience with Enterprise-level Enterprise Architect -Experience with the application in managing an IT environment through the use of portfolios -Experience with systems architecture, including applications and systems understanding -Experience with the application of IT strategy and the relationship with Enterprise Architecture -Experience with developing solutions-level and Enterprise-level Enterprise Architects -Knowledge of EA methodologies and frameworks, particularly FEA/FEAF and DoDAF version 2.0 -Knowledge of the application of Enterprise Architect Governance, Compliance, and Federation Models -Secret clearance Additional Qualifications: -Possession of excellent consulting and problem solving skills -BA or BS degree -Enterprise Architecture Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
