Our client a leading financial services company based in London/City require an excellent and proven Enterprise Business Architect to be responsible for the whole operating models framework enabling change, facilitating business process, function and organisation design, you will also work with business strategists, process owners and subject matter experts to enable for this function to work and progress successfully.
Successful Enterprise Business architect must require excellent/recent:
-Detailed Insurance knowledge either from a recent Lloyd’s insurance syndicate and / or very well respected large general insurance company.
-Excellent business architecture function exposure for financial services.
-Enterprise architecture applying a formal EA framework such as Gartner or TOGAF.
-Proven knowledge in all aspects of designing and constructing business processes, functions and organisational structures.
-Excellent knowledge of facilitation and organisation change management.
-Lead development skills showing examples of working with business architecture framework linking with information architecture, application portfolio and technical architecture.
- You must have proven skills defining target operating model and roadmaps to achieve the future state across process, organisation, data and technology.
