Enterprise Client Audit Manager Job in Atlanta, Georgia US

This role facilitates and directs the daily preparation and long-term readiness responsibilities for client audits as a key quality component within the organization. The role includes management of a team of Enterprise Audit Analysts, scheduling and planning for client audit site visits, and monitoring of all identified client audit-related issues. By monitoring these issues, the Enterprise Audit Manager is able to identify and evaluate the organization's related risk areas, track and trend data, and provide valuable process improvement input to business leads.
This position contributes to the departmental objectives of maintaining operational conformance to established quality standards, regulatory contractual requirements, streamlining of business processes, and using Continuous Quality Improvement methodologies to identify opportunities for improvement.
In this role you will:
- Manage staff in the daily planning, organizing, directing and monitoring of client audit responsibilities, including hiring, training and evaluating staff; and taking corrective actions to address performance problems.
- Oversee the identification and evaluation of the organization's risk areas as identified in client audits.
- Develop and maintain the Client Audit procedures.
- Manage staff in coordinating client audit meetings, preparing audit documents, completing clinical case reviews, conducting mock audits and developing audit summary response documents.
- Collect, track and trend client audit data and communicate the aggregate results of client audits to business leads via written reports and verbal presentations.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal and external customers, staff, management, and business leads through individual contacts and group meetings.
- Perform related work as assigned by the Enterprise Audit and Accreditation Director.
- Maintain the client audit schedule
The successful candidate for this role could be located near any of the following locations: Bloomington, MN, Atlanta, GA, Phoenix, AZ, Lisle, IL or Richardson, TX
- BS/BA degree in business, health care administration or related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ Years in Project Management, Quality Management, and/or Process Improvement experience is required
- 2+ years of Management experience is required
- Demonstrated experience leading a team through change
- Data analysis and trend reporting experience preferred
- Clinical background such as RN, LPN, NP may be helpful, but is not required.
Strong and current knowledge of managed care, regulatory, and accreditation requirements related to clinical quality preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
- Previous experience communicating with and presenting to all levels of leadership in a matrixed organization
- Excellent time management and priority setting skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, including positive assertiveness, professional communication, relationship building, and effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment despite interruptions and frequent alteration in priorities for the day/week/month
