Enterprise Developer recruitment
We are seeking an Enterprise Developer to support our growing technology team. Our ideal candidates will have technical experience including: automating processes, programming experience with some of the latest frameworks and methodologies, and documenting policies and procedures.
Responsibilities• Work with operations and engineering teams to build solutions for complex data collection and reporting• Deliver tools to assist systems and network administrators in facilitating consistency and quality of daily operational tasks• Collaborate with other teams in the organization to provide managed access to Information Technology tools and reports• Develop monitoring and compliance tools to provide better visibility into the state of systems and network devices Requirements• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree• Scripting and programming experience (C#,F#, C++, VBScript, PowerShell, Python, Ruby) • Experience interfacing applications with MS SQL Server• Basic understanding of systems and networking• Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment• Process oriented, self-motivating and strong communication skills Advantageous Experience • Experience working in a trading environment• Systems or Network Administration experience• Experience with source control environments and other process oriented tools• Object Oriented development experience, including n-tier applications• Experience developing system monitoring and task automation tools• MS SQL Database design and optimization• Microsoft developer certifications• Knowledge of WMI, ADSI/Directory Services, and SNMP polling• Experience with generating reports using an MS SQL compatible reporting solution such as SQL Server Reporting Services• Experience gathering requirements and managing software life cycles using agile methods
