Enterprise Products & Solutions Sales Representative recruitment

The Bloomberg Enterprise Products Solutions Group (EPS) is a global team within the Financial Products division with the mission to deliver high impact enterprise-wide solutions by working in partnership with our clients on all aspects of Information management. We are leveraging the data, technology and infrastructure assets developed over the years to support the Bloomberg Terminal, to now help our customers beyond the desktop, complimenting the Bloomberg Terminal. We're doing this with a suite of products including low latent data feeds, a data distribution platform, enterprise data management solutions and more. Our Enterprise Products and Solutions are offered under a managed framework with open symbology and integration capabilities at their core. Customer feedback indicates that our EPS offerings are helping with dramatic cost and workflow optimization, competitive advantage and innovation.

The Role
Bloomberg is looking for a number of highly motivated, financially astute and experienced sales people to join our rapidly expanding team. The successful candidate will join a highly motivated desk and be responsible for representing the suite of Bloomberg Professional solutions to both potential and existing clients, including the top tier of financial institutions around the world. With a consultative approach, you will identify our clients' needs and demonstrate how Bloomberg Enterprise solutions will help them leverage their existing relationship within the Bloomberg professional. This individual will be responsible for building new business and developing existing business. The individual will work with and liaise with all Bloomberg departments to position Bloomberg at the enterprise level. Our products enable customers to utilize real-time news, data, and powerful analytical tools. Our products also allow our customers to leverage our technology and our infrastructure offering solutions outside of the typical market data space.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Business and/or Finance preferred or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Knowledge of the Bloomberg desktop professional
- Knowledge of Bloomberg's ancillary products
- Excellent communication and team-building skills, strong organizational skills, attention to details, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to meet deadlines, logically tackle problems, and set priorities
