We are looking to fill several EPM Lead positions in various locations throughout the United States. Project teams are composed of dynamic, fast-paced individuals who are solution oriented and deliverable driven. The EPM Lead is the senior role on a project team. In this role, you will be asked to lead a team of process design and technical consultants, assisting our clients to identify business needs, and realize those requirements by implementing business process and technical solutions.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree (or better) in Management, Engineering or in a related field (MIS, Computer Science, Engineering; (MBA or Masters preferred) with 7+ years of management consulting experience with proven expertise in leading client engagements and managing project teams, including the ability to show significant client impact and results from those engagements. Strong communication skills is a must for this role, specifically the ability to clearly communicate business solutions and the value of those solutions to the client; both in written executive summary form and through platform presentations. Proficiency with process re-design, project management methodologies and business requirement gathering techniques is also helpful. Background in Microsoft Project Server and related software is preferred, along with EPM domain knowledge. An understanding of broader technology and software design methodologies is a plus, PMP certification is preferred.
